Administration

The Pay It Forward Foundation Uganda is managed by a board of trustees which is made up of 7 members who are democratically elected at the annual general meeting. These members hold the following positions and ensure that the foundation runs as smoothly as possible.

• Chairperson
• Vice Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Spokesperson
• Project Coordinator
• Legal Counsel

They are assisted by two committees of 5 persons each who report directly to the treasurer and project coordinator.

Considering that this foundation aims to fit as seamlessly as possible into the lives of its members, its structure will evolve gradually as conditions require. Any suggestions on how to make it more efficient are therefore welcome.
